GO India RIDE

Fare & Price Guide

Transparent cab pricing starts with clear trip details.

GO India RIDE pricing depends on service type, route, vehicle category, time, waiting, tolls, parking, and driver availability. This guide explains the factors before support confirms the final fare.

Fare Components

The final quote is confirmed after support reviews the booking request and route context.

Base Route Fare

Calculated from pickup, drop, distance, trip type, route complexity, and vehicle category.

Time and Waiting

Hourly rentals, airport waiting, multi-stop plans, and late reporting may include waiting or package charges.

Extra Route Costs

Toll, parking, permit, state tax, airport fee, night allowance, and driver allowance may apply where required.

Vehicle Type

Hatchback, sedan, SUV, premium, and larger vehicles have different availability and pricing.

Peak Demand

Festivals, late nights, tourist seasons, airport rush, and long-distance routes can change availability and fare.

Customer Changes

Route changes, extra stops, additional waiting, or extended destination can change the final amount.

How Pricing Works by Ride Type

Each ride category has a different pricing logic, so the booking form asks for the trip type first.

Local City Ride

Usually based on pickup, drop, local distance, time, vehicle category, and city traffic conditions.

Airport Taxi

May include airport fee, parking, waiting, late-night pickup, luggage needs, and terminal coordination.

Hourly Rental

Usually planned as a time and distance package, with extra hour or extra kilometer charges if the plan extends.

Outstation One-Way

Based on intercity route, driver return logic, tolls, state permits, night timing, and vehicle type.

Outstation Round Trip

May include daily kilometer limits, driver allowance, waiting, night halt, tolls, permits, and return date.

Fleet or Business Use

Recurring travel, multiple cabs, hotel desk bookings, and event travel can be quoted separately.

Example Fare Conversations

These examples show what support may ask before final confirmation.

  • Airport pickup: flight number, terminal, landing time, luggage count, destination, waiting preference, and phone number.
  • Outstation one-way: pickup city, drop city, date, time, vehicle type, toll preference, and stopover needs.
  • Hourly rental: number of hours, expected kilometers, stops, reporting location, start time, and vehicle type.
  • Round trip: route, return date, daily travel plan, night halt, driver allowance, and parking or permit expectations.
No hidden promise: final fare should be confirmed before dispatch whenever possible, and any customer-side change should be discussed before the ride continues.

Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Pricing

Cancellation and refund handling depends on timing, driver assignment, reporting, payment status, and operational cost already incurred.

Before Driver Assignment

Eligible cancellations are simpler when no driver has been assigned and no route cost has started.

After Driver Assignment

Driver reporting, waiting, travel to pickup, parking, and late cancellation can affect refund eligibility.

Failed or Duplicate Payment

Duplicate or failed charges should be reported with payment screenshot, bank reference, and booking details.
