Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of a GO India RIDE customer, driver, or partner account and related personal data. This web request path works even if the app is not installed.
Request Account Deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address or phone number linked to your booking, customer account, driver profile, or partner record. Include enough detail for identity verification.
What To Include
- Registered name, mobile number, and email address.
- Account type: customer, driver, fleet partner, business contact, or support-only record.
- Recent booking ID, ride date, vehicle number, payout reference, or support ticket if available.
- A clear statement that you want account deletion and related personal data deletion.
Verification And Processing
- GO India RIDE support reviews the request and may ask for verification before deleting account-related information.
- After verification, account access is disabled or removed where technically supported.
- Personal data that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from active app use.
- Support replies with the deletion outcome or the reason a record must be retained.
Data That May Be Retained
Some booking, payment, refund, tax, security, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, driver KYC, payout, contractual, or legal records may be retained for required periods. Retained records are kept only for the relevant legal, safety, finance, or operational obligation.
In-App Path
Signed-in customers can also open Customer Dashboard, go to Profile, and choose Account deletion. Driver or partner deletion requests can be sent through the same privacy email path with driver or partner verification details.
