Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain how customers, drivers, fleet partners, and other users may use GO India RIDE websites, booking forms, support channels, driver tools, and related ride coordination services. By using GO India RIDE, you agree to follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any driver or partner agreement that applies to your role.
1. Service Scope
- GO India RIDE enables cab booking requests, route review, customer support, driver or fleet coordination, dispatch assistance, payment support, and ride-related communication.
- Supported ride categories may include local city rides, airport transfers, hourly rentals, outstation one-way trips, round trips, tourist routes, business travel, and fleet or travel desk requirements.
- A booking request is not final until GO India RIDE or an authorized operations representative confirms route, fare, vehicle category, pickup time, and availability.
- Services may vary by city, route, date, driver availability, vehicle category, legal restrictions, weather, traffic, and operational feasibility.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, mobile number, and route notes.
- Remain reachable on the provided phone number before and during the ride.
- Be available at the pickup point within the confirmed reporting window.
- Use the service lawfully and avoid harassment, abuse, unsafe behavior, fraud, damage to vehicle, or carrying prohibited goods.
- Pay confirmed fare, tolls, parking, waiting, night allowance, route extension, or other approved charges where applicable.
3. Driver and Fleet Partner Responsibilities
- Drivers and fleet partners must keep KYC, license, vehicle papers, insurance, permit, pollution, and fitness records current where applicable.
- Drivers must follow road safety rules, maintain professional conduct, avoid intoxication or distracted driving, and respect customer privacy.
- Drivers should not demand unauthorized extra payment, change route without reason, misuse customer data, or accept trips outside approved policy.
- GO India RIDE may pause, reject, or remove driver or fleet access for expired documents, unsafe conduct, fraud, poor service, legal risk, or policy violation.
4. Booking, Dispatch, and Ride Changes
- Customers may submit booking requests through the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or support channel where available.
- GO India RIDE may contact the customer to verify trip details before assigning a driver.
- Ride changes such as extra stops, route extension, waiting, return plan, luggage changes, or vehicle upgrade may change the fare.
- GO India RIDE may refuse or cancel a booking when the route is unsafe, illegal, unavailable, inaccurate, unpaid, abusive, or operationally impractical.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Fare may depend on distance, time, vehicle type, package, route, toll, parking, permit, state tax, night allowance, waiting, airport fee, and driver availability.
- Any price shown before confirmation is an estimate unless clearly confirmed by support or the booking workflow.
- Customer-requested route changes, late pickup, extra waiting, additional stops, or destination changes can increase the final payable amount.
- Failed, duplicate, disputed, or eligible cancelled payments are handled under the Refund Policy and support review.
6. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refunds
- Cancellation eligibility depends on timing, driver assignment, driver reporting, route type, advance costs, and support confirmation.
- No-show, wrong pickup, unreachable customer, or late cancellation may lead to cancellation or waiting charges.
- Refunds are not automatic for every cancelled booking. They are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
- Duplicate or failed payment claims require transaction reference, screenshot where available, and booking details.
7. Safety, Conduct, and Prohibited Use
- Users must not use GO India RIDE for illegal goods, unsafe travel, harassment, impersonation, fraud, spam, or attempts to bypass platform processes.
